Abstract:
Objective: To observe the role of acanthopanax senticosus injection in the protection of acute myocardial anoxia in mice.
Methods: The mean survival time and the capacity of myocardial oxygen consumption under ordinary pressure in mice were observed and the disappearance time of electrocardiographic sign in mice was measured by clamping their trache.
Results: Acanthopanax senticosus injection of various dosages could prolong the mean survival time and decrease the disappearance time of electrocardiographic sign in mice.
Conclusions: Acanthopanax senticosus injection can evidently reduce the capacity of myocardial oxygen consumption,protect the hypoxic myocardium and increase the ability of anti-stress in mice with acute myocardial anoxia.
