乳腺肿块经皮粗针穿刺活检临床评价

Clinical evaluation of core needle biopsy in breast mass

摘要: 目的:探讨乳腺肿块经皮粗针穿刺活检(core needle biopsy,CNB)的诊断价值。方法:对临床检查可疑为乳腺癌的64例患者进行CNB和开放性活检(open biopsy,OB),对两种方法所得病理结果进行比较分析。结果:乳腺肿块CNB和OB的病理诊断符合率为98.4%,具有较高的一致性(k=0.925),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乳腺肿块CNB和OB检测具有较高病理诊断的一致性,乳腺肿块CNB值得临床推广应用。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical diagnosis value of core needle biopsy(CNB) in breast mass.Methods: Sixty four cases of clinical palpable breast masses were detected with CNB and open biopsy(OB),the pathologic findings of CNB and OB were compared and analyzed.Results: In the 64 cases,the diagnose accordance rate between CNB and OB was 98.4%.These two methods had the high concordance(k=0.925) and no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusions: CNB and OB have the high pathological diagnosis uniformity in examination of breast mass.CNB is worth being recommended widely for clinical application.
