ObjectiveTo observe the effect of acupoint exercise combined with electronic biofeedback therapeutic instrument in the treatment of vertigo with hyperactivity of liver Yang.

MethodsA total of 96 vertigo patients with hyperactivity of liver Yang from January 2018 to April 2019 in encephalopathy department were selected by convenient sampling and randomly divided into control group and observation group(48 cases in each group).The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing, and the observation group was treated with acupoint exercise combined with electronic biofeedback therapeutic instrument on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after treatment for 7 days(1 course) and 14 days(2 courses).

ResultsAfter two courses of treatment, the total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(P < 0.01), the times of vertigo attacks in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group before and after treatment(P < 0.01), and the times of vertigo attacks in observation group after treatment were significantly less than that before treatment(P < 0.01).

ConclusionsAcupoint exercise combined with electronic biofeedback therapeutic instrument has good effects in the treatment of vertigo with hyperactivity of liver Yang.
