Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of the multiple organ failure in pregnant women with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).
Methods: The clinical data of 7 cases of multiple organ failure induced by pregnancy SLE were analyzed retrospectively.
Results: Two cases were diagnosed as SLE before pregnancy and 5 cases were diagnosed during hospital stay.Among them,6 cases were rescued and 1 case gave up.Six neonates died.
Conclusions: The key to the treatment of pregnancy-induced SLE complicated by multiple organ failure are prompt diagnosis,effective treatment of the primary disease,timely termination of pregnancy,protection of the organ's function and intensifying the supportive therapy.
