Abstract:
Objective: To observe the clinical characteristics of early chronic renal failure complicated by hypertension.
Methods: Forty-one cases of early chronic renal failure accompanied by hypertension were observed and intervened by health education, mental nursing, diet and drugs.
Results: Of the 41 cases,38 were complicated by hypertension(92.7%),including 12 cases of hypertension at the first stage(31.6%),10 cases at the second stage(26.3%) and 16 cases at the third stage(42.1%).By intervention, the blood pressure of the patients with early chronic renal failure decreased to some degree and the clinical symptoms were improved.
Conclusions: Hypertension often occurs in patients with chronic renal failure at early stage.Early intervention may delay the progress of chronic renal failure.
