MHC-Ⅱ、MHC-Ⅰ及-SMA在成年比格犬食管肌层的表达

    Expression of MHC-Ⅱ,MHC-Ⅰand -SMA in muscular layer of esophagus in adult dog

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨健康成年比格犬食管肌层骨骼肌肌球蛋白重链-Ⅱ(MHC-Ⅱ)、骨骼肌肌球蛋白重链-Ⅰ(MHC-Ⅰ)和-平滑肌肌动蛋白(-SMA)的表达及空间分布。方法:采用组织学、免疫组织化学等方法对6只健康成年比格犬食管肌层中MHC-Ⅱ、MHC-Ⅰ和-SMA的表达进行观察。结果:成年比格犬食管肌层主要表达MHC-Ⅱ、MHC-Ⅰ;从食管的头端至尾端,MHC-Ⅱ的表达强度呈渐进性减弱,至食管下段近贲门部肌层仍有较强的表达;MHC-Ⅰ在食管肌层的表达由上往下逐渐加强,至食管下段近贲门部肌层有较强表达;-SMA在成年比格犬食管肌层中段下份开始有少量表达,表达由上往下逐渐加强,至食管下端,-SMA的表达由内肌层扩展至外肌层。结论:与人类不同,成年比格犬食管肌层主要由骨骼肌构成。成年比格犬食管肌层全长均表达MHC-Ⅱ和MHC-Ⅰ;-SMA主要表达在食管肌层下段。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To investigate the expressions and spatial distributions of myosin heavy chain-Ⅱ(MHC-Ⅱ),myosin heavy chain-Ⅰ(MHC-Ⅰ) and -smooth muscle actin(-SMA) in muscular layer of esophagus in the healthy adult dogs.Methods:The expressions of MHC-Ⅱ,MHC-Ⅰ and -SMA in muscular layer of esophagus in 6 healthy adult dogs were detected by histology and immunohistochemistry.Results:The expressions of MHC-Ⅱ and MHC-Ⅰ in muscular layer of whole esophagus in adult dogs were detected.The expression intensity of MHC-Ⅱ gradually decreased from the head to end of esophagus,which was still strong in cardiac muscle layer around the lower esophagus.The expression intensity of MHC-Ⅰ gradually increased from the head to end of esophagus,which was still strong in cardiac muscle layer around the lower esophagus.The little -SMA expression began in the muscle layer of the middle-lower esophagus,which gradually increased from up to down of esophagus and extended from the inner muscular layer to outer muscular layer of esophagus.Conclusions:Unlike humans,the esophagus muscular layer of adult dog is mainly made up of skeletal muscle.The muscular layer of the whole esophagus in dog expresses the MHC-Ⅱ and MHC-Ⅰ,the expression of a-SMA mainly locates the muscular layer of lower esophagus.
