Abstract:
Objective:To explore the processing method of general anesthesia in elderly patients. Methods:The clinical data of patients with 65 years old(including preoperative complications, cardiopulmonary functional status, results of auxiliary examination, anesthesia process and monitoring measures and postoperative complications) were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Twenty-three cases were treated with emergency surgical anesthesia,5 cases died.Serious ventricular arrhythmias in 2 cases were found.Postoperative acute myocardial ischemia in 3 cases were found,2 cases were successfully rescued and 1 case died. The delayed recovery in 3 cases, suspected cognitive dysfunction in 5 cases, cerebral infarction in 1 case, pulmonary embolism complicated with diabetes insipidus in 1 case and refractory hyponatremia in 1 case were found. Conclusions:The anesthesia maybe affect the heart, lung and brain functions of elderly patients with complex underlying diseases.Refinement, targeted, individualized general anesthesia management can improve the therapeutic intervention efficiency and recovery quality.
