Abstract: Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of lauromacrogol and pingyangmycin guided by ultrasound in the treatment of venous malformation.Methods:Fifteen patients with venous malformations were slowly injected with lauromacrogol and pingyangmycin guided by ultrasound.The effects were observed by ultrasound,magnetic resonance imaging and digital subtraction angiography.The patients with poor effects were cured by repeated treatment.All patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years.Results:All patients were cured by 1 to 5 times treatment.Three patients(20%) appeared skin fester in half of month after operation,and were cured by debridement and suturing.Five patients(33.3%) appeared mild skin pigmentation,embolism and nerve palsy were not found in all patients.Conclusions:Lauromacrogol and pingyangmycin guided by ultrasound for treating venous malformation are good effects,few complication and right means.
