Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effects of tubal pregnancy treated with different conservative methods on the patient's fecundity and reproductive function.Methods:Two hundred and thirty-eight ectopic pregnancy patients with fertility requirement were divided into laparoscopic surgery group(109 cases),laparotomy group(54 cases) and drug treatment group(75 cases) according to the treatment method.The rates of tubal patency,intrauterine pregnancy and recurrent tubal pregnancy in three groups were compared.Results:After laparoscopic treatment, tubal patency rate and the intrauterine pregnancy rate is higher than laparotomy group and drug group(P0.05). All three groups had no statistically significant difference in the rate of recurrent tubal pregnancy (P0.05).Conclusions:Comprehensive treatment of laparoscopic tubal pregnancy suitable for patients with fertility requirements.
