男护士离职意愿与职业承诺的相关研究

    Study of the relationship between turnover intention and occupational commitment among male nurses

    • 摘要: 目的:调查男护士离职意愿及其职业承诺现状,探讨其相关性。方法:以整群抽样法抽取10所医院的男护士为研究对象,采用问卷调查法对109名男护士进行离职意愿和职业承诺测评。结果:男护士离职意愿和职业承诺总分分别为(16.233.18)分、(72.1913.84)分。男护士的离职意愿与情感承诺、规范承诺、经济承诺、情感代价承诺和机会承诺5个维度及职业承诺总分均呈负相关关系(P<0.05~P<0.01)。结论:男护士的规范承诺和机会承诺是影响男护士离职意愿的重要因素。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To investigate the association of turnover intention and occupational commitment among male nurses.Method:The male nurses from 10 different hospitals were selected to investigate their turnover intention and occupational commitment by using a questionnaire.Results:The total scores of the average turnover intention among male nurses were 16.233.18 and occupational commitment 72.1913.84.The occupational commitment level was negatively related to the affective commitment,normative commitment,economic commitment,affection cost commitment,opportunity commitment and the turnover intention among male nurses(P<0.05 to P<0.01).Conclusion:Normative commitment and opportunity commitment are important factors affecting the turnover intention among male nurses.
