Abstract: Objective:To explore the effects of comfortable nuring in the resection of pituitary adenomas by endonasal transsphenoidal approach.Method:Fifty patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group(25 cases each group).The observation group and control group were nursed with comfortable nuring and routine nursing before and after operation,respectively.The nursing effects between two groups were compared.Results:The satisfaction rate of nursing in observation group(100%) was higher than that in control group(79.2%)(P0.05).The incidence of postoperative complication in observation group(12.0%) was lower than that in control group(36.0%)(P0.05).Conclusion:The comfortable nuring in the resection of pituitary adenomas by endonasal transsphenoidal approach can significantly improve the patient's satisfaction rate,reduce postoperative complication and promote the patient's rehabilitation.
