Abstract:
Objective:To explore the disease status and related factors of fatty liver and metabolic syndrome(MS) of people with advanced academic title in a Anhui medical college, and analyze their correlations. Methods:The physical examination data of people with advanced academic title in a Anhui medical college were statistically analyzed according to the diagnostic criteria recommended by the Chinese Medical Association from 2010 to 2012.The detection rates overweight of obesity, dyslipidema, high blood pressure and MS,the prevalences of fatty liver in the people were observed. Results:The detection rates of MS in three years were 23.9%(27/113),16.7%(19/114) and 14.4%(16/111),respectively,and the differences of detection rates between different genders were not statistical significance(P0.05).The dyslipidemia was the highest related factor of MS,followed by high blood pressure, overweight or obesity, and high blood glucose was the lowest. The prevalences of fatty liver in three years were 27.4%,32.5% and 35.1%,respectively,and the differences of detection rates between different genders were not statistical significances(P0.05).The fatty liver was positively correlated with triglyceride level and overweight or obesity(P0.01).Conclusions:Overweight or obesity, dyslipidemia and high blood pressure are the focus of intervention for people with MS.The related factors of MS and fatty liver are correlation.Overweight or obesity and hypertriglyceridemia may be the major risk factors of people with fatty liver.
