Abstract: Pregnant women, female, 23 years old, pregnant 37 weeks to our hospital routine examination, ultrasound examination of fetal head is located in the lower abdomen, fetal biparietal diameter 9.0CM (equivalent to 36+4 gestational weeks), no abnormal intracranial brain, spine, fetal four chamber heart showed normal size, fetal heart qi, heart rate 145 beats / min, right ventricular visible 2.0cm 1.9cm was left ventricular echogenic mass, visible 1.1cm 1.2cm slightly echogenic mass.
