Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of dual heart nursing based on magnetic concept on cardiac function of patients treated with emergency coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG).
Methods One hundred and eighty emergency CABG patients were selected as the research object, and divided into the control group and observation group by random number table method (90 patients each group). The control group were given the routine perioperative care, and the observation were given the routine perioperative care combined with dual heart care based on the magnetic concept. The emotional status, cardiac function indexes and level of health behavior after 3 months of follow-up were compared between two groups.
Results Compared with the control group, The hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADS) score, N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD) and left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESD) significantly decreased (P < 0.05), while the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and health promoting lifestyle profile Ⅱ (HPLPⅡ) score after 3 months of follow-up significantly increased in the observation group (P < 0.05).
Conclusions The dual heart nursing based on magnetic concept in perioperative patients treated with emergency CABG is helpful to relieve patients' negative emotions, improve patients' heart function and improve their health behavior level.
