基于PERMA模式的积极心理健康教育对产妇分娩恐惧及满意度影响

    The influence of positive mental health education based on the PERMA model on parturients' fear of childbirth and satisfaction

      目的: 探讨积极心理学的PERMA模型对产妇分娩恐惧、总体幸福感和护理满意度影响。
      方法: 选取规律产检的118例孕妇为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,各59例。对照组给予常规心理疏导和健康教育。观察组在对照组基础上,实施基于PERMA模型的心理健康教育,每周2次,每次30 ~ 50 min,持续6周。
      结果 干预后,观察组分娩恐惧得分明显低于对照组(P < 0.01),总体幸福感得分和护理满意度均明显高于对照组(P < 0.01)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,干预措施(OR = 4.57,95%CI:2.17 ~ 9.63,P < 0.01)、文化程度(OR = 1.94,95%CI:1.28 ~ 2.92,P < 0.05)是护理满意度的独立预测因素。
      结论: 基于PERMA模式的积极心理健康教育有助于减少孕妇的分娩恐惧,提高总体幸福感和护理满意度。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To explore the impact of the PERMA model of positive psychology on parturients' fear of childbirth, overall well-being and satisfaction of nursing care.
      Methods A total of 118 pregnant women with regular prenatal check-ups were selected as the research subjects, and divided into the observation group and control group (59 cases each group). The routine psychological counseling and health education were given in the control group. On the basis of control group, the observation group were implemented by mental health education based on the PERMA model twice a week, for 30 to 50 minutes each time, for 6 weeks.
      Results After the intervention, the score of fear of childbirth in the observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P < 0.01), while the overall happiness score and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those in control group (P < 0.01). The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the intervention measures (OR = 4.57, 95%CI: 2.17–9.63, P < 0.01) and educational level (OR = 1.94, 95%CI: 1.28–2.92, P < 0.05) were the independent predictors of nursing satisfaction.
      Conclusions Positive mental health education based on the PERMA model helps reduce pregnant women's fear of childbirth, improve overall well-being and satisfaction with care.
