紫杉醇联合表阿霉素治疗晚期乳腺癌临床观察

摘要: 目的:观察紫杉醇联合表阿霉素方案治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床疗效与毒副作用。方法:22例晚期乳腺癌患者采用紫杉醇150 mg/m²静脉滴注3 h,d₁;表阿霉素75 mg/m²静脉滴注,d₁。21天为1个周期,治疗2个周期以上评价疗效。结果:22例中,完全缓解2例(9.1%),部分缓解12例(54.5%),稳定7例(31.8%),进展1例(4.5%),总有效率为63.6%(14/22)。毒副作用主要为骨髓抑制、脱发和呕吐。初治患者和复治患者总有效率分别为6/9、61.5%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:紫杉醇联合表阿霉素治疗晚期乳腺癌疗效较好,毒副作用可耐受,是治疗晚期乳腺癌安全、有效的方案。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of the chemotherapy of paclitaxel(PTX) combined with epirubicin(EPI) in treatment of patients with advanced breast cancer.Methods: Twenty-two patients with advanced breast cancer were treated with the combination chemotherapy of PTX and EPI.PTX 150 mg/m² and EPI 75 mg/m² were administered on day 1 every three weeks.The efficacy and toxicity were evaluated after two cycles.Results: Among the 22 cases,complete response(CR) was observed in 2 cases(9.1%),partial response(PR) in 12(54.5%),stable disease(SD) in 7(31.8%) and progressive disease(PD) in 1(4.5%).The overall response rate was 63.6%(14/22).The main side effects were myelosuppression,alopecia and vomiting.The overall response rates in the initially treated group and re-treated group were 6/9 and 61.5%,respectively.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions: The combination therapy of paclitaxel and epirubicin is safe and effective in treatment of patients with advanced breast cancer,and the toxicity is tolerable.
