女性直肠出口梗阻型便秘与妇科疾病的关系

The relationship between female rectum outlet obstruction constipation and gynecopathy

摘要: 目的: 探讨女性直肠出口梗阻型便秘与妇科疾病之间的关系。方法: 回顾分析33例女性直肠出口梗阻型便秘患者的临床资料。结果: 33例中有21例存在不同程度的妇科疾病。原发病出现率排在前三位的分别是直肠黏膜脱垂伴套叠11例(33.33%),直肠前突10例(30.3%),会阴下降5例(15.15%)。结论: 出口梗阻型便秘与妇科疾病密切相关,治疗应同时注意对妇科疾病的治疗。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the causes of female rectum outlet obstruction constipation(ROOC).Methods: The clinical data of 33 cases with ROOC were retrospectively analyzed.Results: Among all 33 cases with ROOC there were 21 cases with distinct types of gynecopathy at different degrees.The first three primary diseases that caused ROOC were intra-mucosal intussusception of the rectum (11 cases,33.33%),rectocele(10 cases,30.3%),and descent of perineum(5 cases,15.15%).Conclusions: The results showed in this study suggest up to 64% of patients with ROOC are closely correlated to gynecopathy and the treatment of gynecopathy also must be paid attention to for patients with ROOC.
