冠状位CT扫描在鼻骨骨折诊断中的应用

摘要: 目的: 探讨冠状位CT扫描对鼻骨骨折的诊断价值。方法: 收集120例鼻骨骨折患者的CT冠状位扫描片和X线片进行对比分析。结果: 120例患者CT扫描后均确诊为鼻骨骨折,只有35例患者在X线片上发现有鼻骨骨折。结论: 冠状位CT扫描是诊断鼻骨骨折最有效的检查方法。Abstract: Objective: To evaluate coronal CT scan in diagnosis of nasal fracture.Methods: The CT images of 120 cases of nasal fracture were compared with their plain-film.Results: All the cases were confirmed fracture by CT,and only 35 cases of fracture were displayed in the plain-film.Conclusions: Coronal CT scan is the most effective means for diagnosis of nasal fracture.
