    单侧唇裂术后鼻畸形的修复

    Rapair of nose deformity secondary to unilateral cleft lip treatment

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨单侧唇裂术后继发鼻畸形的矫正方法。方法:对68例移位的组织进行完全游离及复位,通过埋没导引针将患侧鼻翼软骨悬吊于健侧的侧鼻软骨,鼻翼外侧脚内收,矫正鼻中隔偏曲,用鼻中隔软骨或耳甲软骨行患侧鼻翼软骨支架的重建,实现鼻畸形的综合矫正。结果:68例均一期愈合,68例中54例随访3~12个月,优38例,良16例。结论:埋没导引法联合鼻中隔软骨切除自体软骨移植可有效地矫正鼻中隔偏曲和鼻部下端畸形,移位组织的完全游离及复位是单侧唇裂术后继发鼻畸形修复的基础。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To investigate the comprehensive method of correcting the nasal deformity secondary to the unilateral cleft lip treatment.Methods: The following operation procedures were performed:the displaced tissue was replaced to sixty-eight patients,the deformed nasal alar cartilage was slung to the normal nasal lamina dorsi nasi,the lateral crus of the deformed nasal alar was adducted,the flank-curvature of the nasal septum was corrected,and the excised septum or auricular concha cartilage was grafted on the deformed nasal alar cartilage to reconstruct the support frame.Results: Sixty-eight patients were treated with this method.Among these patients,54 were followed up for 6-12 months with satisfactory results.Thirty-eight cases were excellent and 16 cases were good.Conclusions: Buried-guided-method,excision of the nasal septum and grafting of the auto-cartilage can effectively correct the deviated septum and the deformities of lower nose.It is basis of the correction of the secondary nasal deformities of unilateral cleft lip's treatment that the displaced tissue is completely isolated and replaced.
