    甲状腺乳头状癌nm23和bcl-2表达的临床意义

    The clinical significance of expressions of nm2 and bcl-2 in papillary thyroid carcinoma

    • 摘要: 目的:研究甲状腺乳头状癌组织(papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC)nm23和bcl-2基因的表达与肿瘤侵袭转移的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测157例PTC组织和30例甲状腺腺瘤中nm23和bcl-2基因的表达。结果:nm23在PTC组中表达阳性率高于在甲状腺腺瘤组(P<0.05);PTC中有颈淋巴结转移组中nm23的表达阳性率低于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.01);而且随着PTC病理分级的递增,nm23的表达阳性率呈递减趋势(P<0.01)。bcl-2在PTC中表达阳性率高于甲状腺腺瘤组(P<0.01);颈淋巴结转移组中bcl-2的表达阳性率高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05);随着PTC病理分级的递增bcl-2的表达阳性率呈递增趋势(P<0.01)。结论:nm23和bcl-2基因的表达与PTC的侵袭转移密切相关,甲状腺乳头状癌转移与bcl-2呈正相关,与nm23表达呈负相关。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To study the correlations of the expressions of nm23 and bcl-2 genes with the invasion and metastasis in papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC).Methods: The expressions of nm23 and bcl-2 were detected by immunohistochemical SP method in the thyroid tissues from 157 papillary thyroid carcinoma and 30 thyroid adenoma.Results: The positive rate of nm23 expression in PTC group was higher than in thyroid adenoma group(P<0.05);the positive rate of nm23 expression with neck lymph node metastasis was lower than in the group without neck lymph node metastasis(P<0.01);with the increase of PTC tumor pathological grade,the positive rate of nm23 expression was decreased(P<0.01).The positive rate of bcl-2 expression in PTC group was higher than in thyroid adenoma group(P<0.01);the positive rate of bcl-2 expression with neck lymph node metastasis was higher than in the group without neck lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);with the increase of PTC tumor pathological grade,the positive rate of bcl-2 expression was increased(P<0.01).Conclusions: The expressions of nm23 and bcl-2 gene are closely correlated with the invasion and metastasis in PTC and the papillary thyroid carcinoma's metastasis is positively correlated with bcl-2 expression and negatively correlated with nm23 expression.
