细菌编码方法对非发酵菌的鉴定与分析

The code for identification of non-fermenting Gram-negative bacteria

摘要: 目的: 根据非发酵菌新的分类知识,建立细菌鉴定编码,并探讨编码在该类细菌鉴定中的应用。方法: 采用自编的编码与API20NE对97株非发酵菌进行对比鉴定。结果: 两者菌种鉴定符合率为74.2%,菌属鉴定符合率为84.5%。结论: 本编码与API鉴定结果有较好的一致性,且鉴定成本低廉,可以在临床实验室推广使用。

Abstract: Objective: According to the new taxonomic a code was established for identification of non-fermenting gram-negative bacteria.The problem of code identification was analyzed.Methods: The code was evaluated in comparison with API20NE by using 97 clinical isolates.Results: Agreement at species and genus was 74.2% and 84.5%,respectively.Conclusions: The code has a good agreement with API.The code is more advance in the bacterial taxonomic and cheaper in the cost and it can be used in clinical.
