输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管石街18例

Treatment of ureteral steinstrasse with pneumatic lithotriptor under ureteroscope: A report of 18 cases

摘要: 目的: 探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术在治疗输尿管石街中的价值。方法: 采用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石结合取石治疗石街18例。结果: 石街全部疏通成功,成功率100%,术中并发症发生率11.1%,均为输尿管黏膜下假道。结论: 输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石微创是治疗输尿管石街的有效方法。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy for the treatment of ureteral steinstrasse.Methods: Eighteen patients with ureteral steinstrasse were treated with pneumatic lithotripsy and the calculi were removed under ureteroscope.Results: All the patients were treated successfully with the cure rate of 100%.The complication rate in the operation was 11.1%,including 2 patients with ureteral submucosal false passage.Conclusions: Treatment of ureteral steinstrasse with ureteroscope and pneumatic lithotripsy is minimally invasive and effective.
