Abstract:
Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of serum tumor specific growth factor(TSGF),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),CA242 and CA19-9 combined in detecting malignant tumors of digestive tract.
Methods: The levels of serum TSGF,CEA,CA242 and CA19-9 were determined by biochemical or immunoradiometric assay in patients with malignant tumors of digestive tract and in control group.
Results: The sensitivity rates of using single positive diagnostic indicator of TSGF,CEA,CA242 and CA19-9 to malignant tumors of digestive tract were 79.24%,31.78%,42.80% and 55.51%,respectively.The specific rates were 82.76%,97.84%,98.71% and 92.24%,respectively.The accuracy rates were 80.98%,64.53%,70.51% and 73.72%,respectively.In combined detection, the diagnostic sensitivity rate was 90.25%,the specific rate was 72.41%,and the accuracy rate was 81.41%.
Conclusions: Detecting serum TSGF,CEA,CA242 and CA19-9 combinedly is of great clinical value for the diagnosis of malignant tumors of digestive tract.
