Abstract:
Objective: To evaluate the short-term effects of paclitaxel combined with nedaplatin in the chemotherapy of locally advanced cervical cancer.
Methods: Among 60 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer diagnosed by pathology,30 cases(chemotherapy group) were treated with intravenous chemotherapy of paclitaxel combined with Cisplatin for 1 to 2 courses, then with radical hysterectomy of cervical cancer, other 30 cases were treated with direct surgical treatment(control group).
Results: The operation time, blood loss and recovery time of gastrointestinal function in chemotherapy group were less than those in control group(
P<0.01),the rate of lymph node metastasis in chemotherapy group was lower than that in control group(
P<0.05).
Conclusions: The preoperative chemotherapy of paclitaxel combined with nedaplatin in the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer is good effects, which can significantly shrink the cervical masses, shorten operating time, and reduce blood loss, lymph node metastasis and postoperative complications.
