Abstract:
In the era when artificial intelligence (AI) technology is reshaping higher education with unprecedented depth and breadth, medical colleges—as models of knowledge-intensive and skills-practice-oriented education—have seen the digital and AI literacy of their faculty become critical determinants of the quality of medical education, innovative capacity, and the level of future medical talent cultivation. This study provides an in-depth analysis of the intrinsic relationship, integration framework, current status, core challenges and cutting-edge issues concerning the digital and AI literacy among faculty in medical colleges, aiming to offer profound academic insights and forward-looking theoretical references to promote the intelligent transformation of higher medical education.
