Abstract:
Objective: To evaluate teaching efficacy of multimedia courseware for the operational skills of otolaryngology nursing practice and the teaching effectiveness.
Methods: The reformed multimedia courseware for teaching and learning was implemented in Nursing Department of 2004 undergraduates,and compared to the traditional teaching of the 2003 undergraduate.The characteristics of the courseware and teaching effectiveness were analyzed.
Results: The average score of otolaryngology nursing technical operations in 2004 nursing undergraduates (95.4 points) was higher than that in 2003 nursing undergraduates (87.6 points),clinical assessment was better than in the past.
Conclusions: This multimedia courseware is an ideal modern teaching aid for otolaryngology teaching.
