Abstract:
Objective: To explore the clinical manifestation of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage presenting prominently with generalized choreiform movements.
Methods: The clinical features of two spontaneous hemorrhage patients presenting prominently with generalized choreiform movements were analyzed in combination with review of the literatures.
Results: The two cases were confirmed by CT scan and lumbar puncture.
Conclusions: Generalized choreiform movements may be one of the main features of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage.
