Generalized chorea associated with subarachnoid hemorrhage: A report of 2 cases and review of the literature

摘要: 目的: 分析以舞蹈症状为主要表现的自发性蛛网膜下腔出血患者的临床特点。方法: 总结2例以舞蹈症状为主要表现的自发性蛛网膜下腔出血患者的临床特征,并复习文献。结果: 2例自发性蛛网膜下腔出血患者经脑脊液检查和头颅CT证实诊断,以全身型舞蹈症状为主要表现。结论: 全身型舞蹈症可以是自发性蛛网膜下腔出血的主要症状之一。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical manifestation of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage presenting prominently with generalized choreiform movements.Methods: The clinical features of two spontaneous hemorrhage patients presenting prominently with generalized choreiform movements were analyzed in combination with review of the literatures.Results: The two cases were confirmed by CT scan and lumbar puncture.Conclusions: Generalized choreiform movements may be one of the main features of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage.
