Abstract:
Objective: To improve the recognition of CT diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhagic infarction for guiding the clinical therapy with the correct imaging diagnosis.
Methods: The clinical and CT data in 39 patients with cerebral hemorrhagic infarction were retrospectively analyzed.
Results: Of all 39 patients, the cerebral hemorrhagic infarction was correctly diagnosed with CT in 36.In another 3 patients, the bleeding in the infarction was less. The hemorrhage was obviously visualized with MRI,while there was no change on CT.
Conclusions: The CT scanning can provide qualified images of cerebral hemorrhagic infarction for the findings and morphology as well as estimate of hemorrhage.CT is reliable for diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhagic infarction, and furthermore,it can provide the valuable observation for the follow-up of cerebral infarction and an early diagnosis for the hemorrhagic infarction in the infarction region.
