Abstract:
Objective: To compare the clinical effects and adverse effects of different analgesias on patients receiving transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate.
Methods: Eighty adult patients were divided into four groups.Group Ⅰ were administered (0.125%) bupivacaine,group Ⅱ 10 g/L tramadol,group Ⅲ 0.1 g/L morphine and group Ⅳ 0.005 g/L featanyl.The visual analog scale(VAS),analgesia doses,BP,HR,RR,SpO
2 and the adverse effects in forms of nausea and vomiting were observed.
Results: The VAS of group Ⅰ was the highest among the four groups(
P<0.01).The tranquilizing score of group Ⅱ was somewhat higher than that of group Ⅰ (
P<0.05),while it was similar in other three groups (
P>0.05).The incidence of HR in group Ⅰ was higher than that of the other three groups(
P<0.01) and the incidence of RR was different between each other in all the four groups(
P<0.01).
Conclusions: The analgesia effect in each group is satisfactory, but the effect of group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ is somewhat better than that of group Ⅰ.
