霍山石斛胶囊延缓果蝇衰老的观察

    Study on anti-aging effect of dendrobium huoshenese capsule on drosophila

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨霍山石斛胶囊(dendrobium huoshenese capsule,DHC)对延缓果蝇衰老的影响作用及其机制。方法:收集羽化8h内的黑腹果蝇,在普通培养基上饲喂20天后随机分为4组,分别以添加0.000%、0.056%、0.167%、0.500% DHC的培养基饲喂,用生存实验检测果蝇寿命;分别测定给药10、20、30日龄果蝇体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:0.056%、0.167%、0.500% DHC能显著延长雌雄果蝇的半数死亡时间、寿命及最高寿命(P<0.01),给药10、20、30日龄时雌雄蝇体内随着霍山石斛浓度增高,SOD活性升高、MDA含量降低(P<0.05)。结论:DHC具有抗氧化、延缓果蝇衰老的作用。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To investigate the anti-aging effect and mechanism of dendrobium huoshenese capsule on drosophila.Methods: Newly trapped and not matea drosophila melangnogaster were collected within 8 hours,the drosophilas were cultured for 20 days in medium,and were randomly divided into 4 groups,each cultured with 0.000%,0.056%,0.167% and 0.500% concentrations of dendrobium huoshenese capsule.The drosophila's life span was detected with survival test.When the drosophilas were given varied concentrations of Dendrobium Huoshenese capsule for 10,20,30 days,superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content were measured respectively.Results: When the drosophilas were treated with 0.056%,0.167%,0.500% concentrations of dendrobium huoshenese capsule,the half died time,maximum average life span and average life span were prolonged significantly (P<0.01),and SOD activity was increased remarkably (P<0.05) while MDA content was decreased (P<0.05) in the drosophila given the middle and high concentrations of dendrobium huoshenese capsule for 10,20,30 days.Conclusions: Dendrobium Huoshenese capsule has the anti-oxidation and anti-aging effects on drosophila.
