电测法与X线牙片法测定牙根管长度的评价

    Fevaluation of the accuracy of electronic root canal length measuring methods using X-ray dental pictures

    • 摘要: 目的: 利用牙片定位评价JUSTY-Ⅱ型全自动根尖定位仪在根管长度测定中的准确性。方法: 使用JUSTY-Ⅱ型全自动根尖定位仪探测130颗根尖的位置,记录测得的根管长度,根管充填试尖时拍摄X线片,测定牙胶尖至根尖的距离。结果: JUSTY-Ⅱ型全自动根尖定位仪与X线片定位比较其误差±0.5 mm内,电测法准确率为87.7%。结论: 根管长度电测法在临床治疗中具有极大的可行性,是一种准确性高、重复性强、减少X线损害、缩短临床椅位工作时间的根管治疗定位手段。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To investigate the accuracy of electronic root canal length measuring methods by JUSTY-Ⅱ full auto root apex locator.Methods: JUSTY-Ⅱ full auto root apex locator was used to detect the apical foramen of 130 teeth and the results were compared with the X-ray dental pictures.Results: An accurate location ±0.5 mm of the apex was obtained in 87.7% of the cases.Conclusions: Determining root canal length by full auto apex locator could attain good accuracy,reduce X-ray harm to patients,increase success rate of root canal treatment and decrease clinical time.
