Abstract:
Objective: To explore the curative effects of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of noninvasive fungal nose-sinusitis.
Methods: Sixty-two cases with noninvasive fungal nose-sinusitis cases were diagnosed by CT scanning,and treated with nasal endoscopic surgery combined with antibiotics and 0.9% sodium choride injection flushing.
Results: All cases were followed up for 3 months to 2 years and cured.No recurrence and complication were found.
Conclusions: The nasal endoscopic surgery combined with antibiotics and 0.9% sodium choride injection flushing is an effective means in treating fungal nose-sinusitis.
