Abstract: Objective:To analyze the current status of hospital infection management in community health service stations and propose improvement measures.Methods:According to the Ministry of Health hospital infection management documents,laws,regulations and the relevant contents in "The assessment of Standardization of community healthy service center in Anhui Province",twenty-seven community health service centers in Suzhou city were investigated about the status of hospital infection.Results:The investigation results showed that in community health service stations,the hospital infection control regulations were not perfected,sterilization management was not standardized,disposal of medical waste categories was not standardized,the occupational safety and protection were not in place,and the knowledge of hospital infection problems was lack.Conclusions:Emphasizing hospital infection management,establishing and improving infection management organization,strengthening to train staff in community health service centers about the medical knowledge of how to control hospital infection are the key factors to improve management of hospital infection in community health service stations.
