Microinvasive operation for treatment of intraventricular hemorrhage in the super early stage

摘要: 目的: 探讨超早期微创治疗脑室内出血的疗效。方法: 对12例脑室内出血患者在7 h内实施侧脑室持续外引流术加尿激酶脑室内灌注治疗。结果: 基本治愈4例,显效3例,好转4例,死亡1例。结论: 超早期侧脑室持续外引流术加尿激酶脑室内灌注治疗是治疗脑室内出血简便有效的治疗手段。

Abstract: Objective: To study the effect of micro-invasive operation for treatment of intraventricular hemorrhage in the super early stage.Methods: Twelve patients with intraventricular hemorrhage were cured by lateral ventricle puncture,drainage and urokinase infusion under 7 hours.Results: The effect was moderate in 4 cases and excellent in 3 cases.4 cases improved and 1 died.Conclusions: The therapy of lateral ventricle puncture,drainage and urokinase infusion is simple and valid for treatment of intraventricular hemorrhage in the super early stage.
