    可塑形跟骨钛钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折

    Surgical treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fracture using plastic titanic alloy plate

    • 摘要: 目的: 探讨切开复位加跟骨钛钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折的手术治疗时机、手术方法和疗效。方法: 使用可塑形跟骨钛钢板内固定治疗SandersⅡ~Ⅳ型跟骨骨折28例30足。结果: 28例30足均获随访,随访时间6~32个月,足部功能按Maryland评分系统评定,优21足,良7足,可2足,优良率93.3%。结论: 切开复位加可塑形跟骨钛钢板内固定,是治疗跟骨关节内骨折的一种较好的选择。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To explore the appropriate time and procedure for treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fracture with plastic titanic alloy plate.Methods: Twenty-eight cases(30 feet) of calcaneal fracture of type Ⅱ,type Ⅲ and type Ⅳ were treated by by open reduction and internal fixation of plastic titanic alloy plate.Results: All the 28 cases(30 feet) were followed up for 6 to 32 months.According to Marryland foot score system,the foot function was excellent in 21 feet,good in 7 feet and fair in 2 feet,with a total excellent and good rate of 93.3%.Conclusions: Open reduction and internal fixation with plastic titanic alloy plate is an effective procedeure for treatment of inra-articular calcaneal fracture.
