Abstract:
Objective To investigate the characteristics of immunoinflammation and disease activity in different antibody positive patients with primary Sjögren's syndrome (pSS).
Methods The serum levels of related autoantibodies and inflammatory factors in 200 patients with pSS were detected. The patients were grouped according to the antibody detection results, and the characteristics of immunoinflammation and disease activity in different antibody positive patients were analyzed.
Results The differences of the symptoms of general weakness/limb pain were statistically significant between patients with positive anti-RNP antibody and h negative anti-RNP antibody (P < 0.01 and P < 0.05). The IgG levels of anti-SSA antibody positive, anti-SSB antibody positive, anti-RO52 antibody positive and anti-CENP B antibody positive patients were significantly higher than those of corresponding antibody negative patients (P < 0.01), the levels of ESR and ESSDAI of anti-SSA antibody positive patients were significantly higher than those of negative patients (P < 0.01), and the level of ESR in positive patients with anti-RO52 antibody was significantly higher than that in negative patients (P < 0.01). The levels of IgA, ESR, CRP and ESSPRI in ANA≥1∶160 patients were higher than those in ANA < 1∶160 patients (P < 0.05 ~ P < 0.01). The IgG, IgA and ESR levels in polyantibody positive group were higher than those in single antibody positive group and no antibody positive group (P < 0.05).
Conclusions The symptoms of general fatigue or limb pain are more common in sero-associated autoantibodies positive pSS patients, and the immune inflammatory indicators such as erythrocyte sink, serum CRP and IgG levels are often higher.
