基于logistic回归分析IL-6、OPG及sRANKL与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的关系

    Study on the relationship between serum levels of IL-6, OPG and sRANKL and coronary heart disease based on logistic regression model

      目的: 建立logistic回归模型,分析白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、骨保护素(OPG)及可溶性核因子-κB受体活化因子配体(sRANKL)对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)的影响。
      方法: 选取CHD病人192例,并选取110名健康体检者纳入对照组。收集病人血清,检测2组中IL-6、OPG和sRANKL的表达情况。
      结果: 与对照组相比,CHD组IL-6、OPG水平升高(P < 0.01和P < 0.05),而sRANKL的水平降低(P < 0.01);多因素logistic回归分析发现,血清IL-6和OPG为CHD发生的独立危险因素(P < 0.01)。血清IL-6水平与sRANKL水平呈负相关(P < 0.01),与OPG呈正相关(P < 0.01);IL-6、OPG和sRANKL与心功能指标存在相关关系(P < 0.05~P < 0.01)。
      结论: 血清中 IL-6、OPG及sRANKL水平与CHD的发生、发展有关。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To establish a logistic regression model, and analyze the effects of interleukin-6 (IL-6), osteopontin (OPG) and soluble nuclear factor-κB receptor activator ligand (sRANKL) on coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CHD).
      Methods A total of 192 patients with coronary heart disease and 110 healthy people were divided into the CHD group and control group. The serum levels of IL-6, OPG and sRANKL in two groups were detected by ELISA.
      Results Compared with the control group, the serum levels of IL-6 and OPG in the CHD group increased (P < 0.05 and P < 0.01), while the serum level of sRANKL decrased (P < 0.01). The results of logistic regression analysis showed that the serum IL-6 and OPG were the independent risk factors of CHD (P < 0.01). The serum IL-6 level was negatively correlated with sRANKL level (P < 0.01), and positively correlated with OPG level (P < 0.01). The IL-6, OPG and sRANKL were correlated with cardiac function indexes (P < 0.05 ~ P < 0.01).
      Conclusions The serum IL-6, sRANKL and OPG levels are related to the occurrence and development of CHD.
