闭合性肾损伤118例诊治分析

Diagnosis and treatment of closed renal injury: Report of 118 cases

摘要: 目的:探讨闭合性肾损伤的诊断和治疗方法。方法:118例闭合性肾损伤,110例行B超检查,阳性率85%;CT检查86例,阳性率100%。保守治疗95例,手术治疗23例。结果:117例痊愈出院,病死1例。结论:闭合性肾损伤诊断主要依靠临床表现、尿液检查、B超、CT。准确进行伤情评估,严格掌握手术治疗及非手术治疗指征是处理闭合性肾损伤的关键。

Abstract: Objective: To study the diagnosis and treatment of closed renal injury.Methods: One hundred and eighteen patients with closed renal injury were retrospectively studied.One hundred and ten patients underwent B ultrasonography with the positive rate at 85%.Eighty-six underwent CT with the positive rate at 100%.Ninty-five(80.5%) patients were treated conservatively and 23(19.5%) underwent operation.Results: One hundred and seventeen patients completely recovered while 1 patient died.Conclusions: Diagnosis mainly depends on the clinic manifestation,urine test,B ultrasonography and CT.The extent of the injury should be evaluated accurately and quickly.The most important is to decide the treatment strategy,open surgery or not.
