目的： 建立乌司他丁合理评价体系，为评价乌司他丁应用合理性提供参考。
方法： 以乌司他丁药品说明书、相关指南等为依据，制定乌司他丁应用合理性评价细则，通过层次分析法（AHP）计算各评价指标权重，采用优劣解距离法（TOPSIS）对安徽医科大学附属亳州医院2023年2月至2024年10月使用乌司他丁病人进行药物使用合理性分析。
结果： 建立包括4个一级指标和10个二级指标的评价体系。在纳入的199例病人中，用药完全合理占11.06%（22/199），合理占17.09%（34/199），基本合理占46.23%（92/199），不合理占25.63%（51/199）。
结论： 该院乌司他丁应用基本合理，但在给药适应证、用法用量方面仍存在一定程度的不合理性，需进一步改善。

Abstract:
Objective To establish a reasonable evaluation system for ulinastatin to provide a reference for evaluating the rationality of ulinastatin application.
Methods The detailed evaluation rules for the rationality of ulinastatin application were formulated. The weights of each evaluation index was calculated through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and the rationality of drug use in Bozhou Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University from February 2023 to October 2024 was analyzed using the distance between superior and inferior solutions (TOPSIS).
Results An evaluation system was established, which included 4 first-level indicators and 10 second-level indicators. Among the 199 patients, the proportions of completely reasonable medication, reasonable medication, basically reasonable medication and were 11.06% (22/199), 17.09% (34/199), 46.23% (92/199) and 25.63% (51/199), respectively.
Conclusions The application of ulinastatin in this hospital is basically reasonable, but there are still certain degrees of irrationality in terms of the indications for administration and the dosage and administration, which need to be further improved.
