    负压封闭引流技术联合胫后动脉内踝上穿支皮瓣修复足踝部感染创面的临床应用

    Clinical application of the vacuum sealing drainage technology combined with medial supramalleolar perforator flap of posterior tibial artery in repairing foot and ankle wound infection

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨负压封闭引流技术(VSD)联合胫后动脉内踝上穿支皮瓣修复足踝部感染创面的临床效果。方法:对16例足踝部感染创面先以VSD行足踝部感染创面的引流治疗,再以胫后动脉内踝上穿支为血管蒂设计、切取皮瓣,修复足踝部软组织缺损创面,皮瓣面积4 cm×10 cm~8 cm×14 cm。结果:16例皮瓣均一期成活,质地柔软,外形良好,供区无明显并发症,患者术后满意度评分为6~9分。结论:VSD有利于感染创面的治疗,缩短了病程,VSD联合胫后动脉内踝上穿支皮瓣对足踝部感染创面的修复有良好的临床效果。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical effects of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) technology combined with medial supramalleolar perforator flap of posterior tibial artery in repairing foot and ankle wound infection.Methods: Sixteen patients with foot and ankle wound infection were treated with VSD technology at first.The medial supramalleolar perforator flap of posterior tibial artery with 4 cm×10 cm to 8 cm×14 cm was designed,and then the flap was transplanted into the defect site of foot and ankle to repair soft tissue.Results: All flaps survived,and the flap was soft texture and good appearance.No obvious complication was found in donor site.The score of patient satisfaction was 6 to 9 points.Conclusions: VSD technology can promote the recovery of wound infection,and shorten the duration of disease.The clinical effects of VSD technology combined with medial supramalleolar perforator flap of posterior tibial artery in repairing foot and ankle wound infection are good.
