Abstract:
Objective: To evaluate the value of coronary anteriography in diagnosis of female angina.
Methods: One hundred and eighteen female patients with angina had received coronary angiography.The resultant positive index of cornary angiography were retrospectively analyzed by reviewing male,electrocar digram,clinical menifestation and male case were compared.
Results: In 118 cases of female,the incidence of normal coronary arteriography in angina patients were 43.20%.The female patient usually occurred single branch lesion.The incidence of abnormal coronary anteriography who have the changes of antierier wall was 75.68%.The incidence of abnormal coronary anteriography who had typical angina occurred in 80.00%.
Conclusions: The changes in female angina patient was minor,but the rate of mistaken analysis was high.It is better to take coronary anteriography to make proper diagnosis and to lighten the economic and physical burden.
