改良CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检对肺疾病的诊断价值

Clinical diagnostic value of percutaneous lung biopsy by improved CT fluoroscopy

摘要: 目的:评价改良CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析经手术或病理证实的CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检44例。采用21G穿刺抽吸针,选择最佳层面、进针点、进针角度和深度及多点抽吸。结果:44例均获满意标本,穿刺成功率100%,病理学确诊98%,病理诊断恶性肿瘤31例,良性肿块13例。结论:改良CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检对肺部病变确诊率高,并发症少,是一种安全有效、简便实用的检查方法,值得推广使用。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the clinical application value of percutaneous lung biopsy by improved CT fluoroscopy.Methods: Forty-four cases were analyzed percutaneous lung biopsy by improved CT fluoroscopy which were proved by operation or pathology with the puncture needle.The main points are:choose the best layer,point,angle,depth,draw and obtaining at many points.Results: All 44 lung lesions were successfully conducted biopsy through CT-guided fine needle aspiration,and the pathological confirmed diagnosis rate was 98%,pathological diagnosis 31 malignant tumors and 13 benign tumors.Conclusions: The pereutaneous lung biopsy by improved CT fluoroscopy is accurate,less of complication.It is a safe,effective,simple and practical way for diagnosing lung diseases.
