Abstract:
Objective: To summarize the nursing experience of the patients with midst-severe craniocerebral injury accepting hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
Methods: Forty-two midst-severe craniocerebral injury cases were treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy,and another 42 cases of patients with the same type were treated with conventional therapy as the control group,the efficacy of the two groups was compared.
Results: In hyperbaric oxygen therapy group,there was no case of therapy induced injury,its efficacy was significantly better than in control group (
P<0.05).
Conclusions: For midst-severe craniocerebral injury patients treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy,it is required of nursing care seriously,prevention complications happening,so as to enhance therapeutic effect.
