Abstract:
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of operative laparoscopy in treatment of ectopic pregnancy with hypovolemic shock.
Methods:The clinical data of 71 patients with hypovolemic shock due to ectopic pregnancy were analyzed retrospectively.Forty of them received laparoscope therapy and 31 laparotomy therapy.
Results:The operation was successful in all the cases in laparoscopic group and no one was converted to laparotomy. The intra-abdominal blood loss and operating time between the two groups had no statistical difference(
P>0.05).The time of anus exsufflation in laparoscope therapy was significant shorter than that in laparotomy therapy(
P<0.01).
Conclusions:Operative laparoscopy is safe and effective for treatment of ectopic pregnancy with hypovolemic shock.
