    Clinical distribution and antibiotic resistant patterns of 135 strains Acinetobacter baumannii

    • 摘要: 目的:了解临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌的感染特点及耐药情况,为临床抗感染治疗提供依据。方法:对临床送检标本分离135株鲍曼不动杆菌的分布及药敏结果进行回顾性分析。结果:鲍曼不动杆菌在重症监护病房、骨科检出率较高,分别为48.1%、14.8%;感染部位以呼吸道和手术切口为主,分别占59.3%和28.9%。该菌对亚胺培南、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢他啶、阿米卡星、庆大霉素、氨苄西林、呋喃妥因、头孢唑啉的耐药率分别为32.6%、44.4%、66.7%、69.6%、83.7%、90.4%、96.3%和100.0%。其它抗生素也有不同程度的耐药,发现多重耐药菌126株。结论:鲍曼不动杆菌是医院感染重要的条件致病菌,其对抗生素耐药率高,且多重耐药,临床要重视合理使用抗生素,减少多重耐药菌株的产生。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To study the characteristics of antibiotic susceptibility of Acinetobacter baumannii so as to provide basis for clinical application.Methods: The distribution of One hundred thirty-five stains Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from clinic and their drug resistance were analyzed retrospectively.Results: The incidence of Acinetobacter baumannii was the highest in the intensive care units(48.1%),and the department of orthopaedics(14.8%).Respiratory tract and surgical wounds exhibited as the major infected sites,and the incidences were 59.3% and 28.9%,respectively.The rate of resistance to imipenem,piperacillin/tazobac,ceftazidime,Amikacin,Gentamicin,ampicillin,nitrofuranto and cefazolin was 32.6%,44.4%,66.7%,69.6%,83.7%,90.4%,96.3% and 100.0%,respectively.They were also resistant to other antibiotics to certain degree,126 stains showed multiple-resistance.Conclusions: Acinetobacter baumannii is the major opportunistic pathogenic bacteria in hospital infection which shows high rate of resistance to routine antimicrobial agents and even multiple drug resistance with important clinical impact.Antimicrobial agents should be used rationally to decrease multi-drug resistance.
