急性冠状动脉综合征合并代谢综合征患者血浆脂联素与脑钠肽相关性研究

    Correlation between plasma adiponectin and brain natriuretic peptide in acute coronary syndrome patients with metabolism syndrome

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨急性冠状动脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)合并代谢综合征(metabolism syndrome,MS)患者血浆脂联素(adiponectin,APN)与脑钠肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)相关性及对ACS危险分层中可能的临床意义。方法:采用快速荧光免疫法测定36例ACS合并MS患者(ACS合并MS组)、36例ACS患者(ACS组)及36例健康人(对照组)血浆BNP水平,ELISA法测定血浆APN水平。结果:ACS合并MS组、ACS组APN和BNP水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),ACS组及ACS合并MS组血清脂联素与BNP呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:ACS患者血清APN、BNP水平升高,合并MS的ACS患者上述指标改变更为显著。血清APN与血清BNP呈正相关关系。BNP与APN可能与ACS病的发生、发展有关。高BNP、APN血症的ACS患者危险性高。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To study the association between plasma adiponectin (APN) and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP)in acute coronary syndrome patients (ACS) complicated with metabolism syndrome (MS).Methods: The plasma APN and BNP in 36 cases of ACS complicated with MS,36 cases of simplex ACS and 36 healthy controls were determined by using ELISA method and rapid fluorescence-based immunoassay,respectively.Results: The plasma APN level increased significantly in both ACS with MS group and simplex ACS group compared with that of the control (P<0.01).The BNP level had a positive correlation with APN level in ACS group and ACS complicated with MS group (P<0.05).Conclusions: Plasma APN and BPN are increased in simplex ACS patients and patients with ACS complicated with MS.The change is more obvious in patients with ACS complicated with MS.Plasma APN is positively associated with BNP.BNP and APN may be related to the occurrence and development of acute coronary syndrome.High APN and BNP levels are dangerous for patients with acute coronary syndrome.
