Invasive mechanical ventilation therapy for 15 patients with severe acute left ventricular failure

摘要: 目的: 总结有创机械通气抢救急性左心衰竭的临床经验。方法: 回顾性分析15例入住ICU的急性左心衰竭患者应用有创机械通气的治疗情况。结果: 15例均及时得以纠正,均顺利撤离呼吸机,无缺氧和机械通气的相关并发症发生,抢救成功率和生存率均为100%。结论: 对于严重的急性左心衰竭患者,在常规治疗同时及时行有创机械通气,并正确选用呼吸机模式和参数是抢救得以成功的关键。

Abstract: Objective: To sum up the clinical experience in treatment of patients with severe acute left ventricular failure(ALVF)using invasive mechanical ventilation.Methods: A retrospective analysis was carried out of the effect of invasive mechanical ventilation applied to 15 patients with severe ALVF in intensive care unit.Results: The 15 patients freed themselves from the ventilator successfully with no complications induced by hypoxia or invasive mechanical ventilation;the cure rate and the survival rate were 100%.Conclusions: Timely application of invasive mechanical ventilation in addition to rutine therapy is essential for the management of patients with severe ALVF.
