Abstract:
Objective: To observe the efficacy of combined spinal and epidural anesthesia in single-point technique used in the patients undergoing cesarean section.
Methods: Twenty-two puerperas undergoing cesarean section received combined spinal and epidural anesthesia in single-point technique.All patients received postoperative epidural analgesia.
Results: All patients showed satisfactory anesthesia.Little change of blood pressure,the heart rate,the respiration rate,the pulse and the saturation oxygen were found respectively.Apgar score of neonates:8-10.All patients were followed-up for 48 hours to observe postoperative analgesia,and no side effects were found.
Conclusions: The method is good for the patients undergoing cesarean section,but the anesthetic administering has its particularity in practice.
