直肠闭式修补加直肠黏膜下注射硬化剂治疗直肠前突20例临床分析

Transrectal closed repair and rectal submucosal injection of sclerosing agent for treatment of rectocele: Report of 20 cases

摘要: 目的:探讨直肠闭式修补加直肠黏膜下注射硬化剂治疗直肠前突的疗效。方法:对20例直肠前突患者采用经直肠修补加直肠黏膜下消痔灵硬化剂注射。结果:直肠前突20例,治愈18例,显效2例,有效率100%。术后随访1~24个月,无明显后遗症及复发。结论:经直肠闭式修补加直肠黏膜下硬化剂注射方法治疗直肠前突安全、有效。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the surgical efficacy of transrectal closed repair plus rectal submucosal injection of sclerosing agent on patients with rectocele.Methods: Twenty cases of rectocele were treated with combined therapy of transrectal repair and rectal submucosal injection of sclerosing agent.Results: Eighteen of the 20 cases were cured and 2 cases responded well.No remarkable sequelae were observed in the follow-up of 0.5-2.0 years.Conclusions: Combination therapy of transrectal closed repair and rectal submucosal injection of sclerosing agent is safe and effective for treatment of rectocele.
