解脲脲原体垂直传播动物模型的建立

    The establishment of animal model by ureaplasma urealyticum vertical transmission

    • 摘要: 目的: 建立妊娠期解脲脲原体(ureaplasma urealyticum,UU)生殖道感染垂直传播的动物模型。方法: 血清4型UU标准株生殖道感染妊娠期昆明鼠,通过UU病原学检查、免疫组化等技术,观察妊娠期UU感染的垂直传播情况。结果: 3.5×104CCU/ml、5×105 CCU/ml、106 CCU/ml UU感染的新生仔鼠肺、脾组织UU阳性率分别为0、0;2.7%、1.4%;74.4%、30.3%。结论: 通过UU生殖道感染妊娠期孕鼠,成功构建妊娠期UU垂直传播的实验动物模型。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To set up a vertical transmission animal model by genital infection with ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) during the course of cyesis.Methods: Kunming mice were infected by serotype 4 UU during the period of pregnancy through vagina,the vertical transmission from mother to filial generation was observed by UU culture and immumohistochemical staining test.Results: UU positive rates from the lung and spleen in the newborn mice by UU infection(3.5×104 CCU/ml,5×105 CCU/ml,and 106 CCU/ml) were 0 and 0,2.7 and 1.4,and 74.4 and 30.3,respectively.Conclusions: The UU vertical transmission animal model during the course of cyesis was constructed successfaly through genital infection with UU in the pregnant mice.
